How can we get clean, free, abundant, safe and secure energy? 

What would a solar civilization be like? How can we get there?

During the six years of World War II, there was a phenomenal increase in scientific discovery, technology and social innovation. That demonstrates what is possible when human beings mean business. Today, we should put that level of effort and resources into research and development to discover new energy technologies. It is the single biggest thing we could do to unleash human potential, to make the economy boom and to increase our freedom and security.

Climate change is happening but we don’t agree whether it is a natural or man-made phenomenon. The corporate science is biased due to the influence vested interests. The environmentalists’ science is biased due to the influence of groupthink, particularly in its underlying assumptions and paradigm. The good news is that there are five other excellent reasons to go full out for new energy technologies:

1. Security. We want to control our own energy supply and not be beholden to others.

2. Freedom. Whenever you fill your car with petrol, you are haemorrhaging money from our productive Western economies to fund the Russian military, religious extremism, imperialism and terrorism. Stop that as soon as possible!

3. New technology will catalyse the next Industrial Revolution.

4. Cheap, abundant energy will power a transformational economic boom.

5. Put all of that together and you get the most massive force to unleash the human potential of all human beings across the planet including the poorest people on earth.
